EARTH’s main aim is to enforce the relationship
between PC HEIs with local/national stakeholders and EU HEIs to generate a
network for exchange of innovative ideas to build Argentinian, Bolivian and
Paraguayan HEIs’ capacity to enhance the management, governance, teaching,
research and outreach abilities to reinforce their role in the promotion and
management of processes of local rural development.
EARTH improve PC HEI’s educational programmes on planning and
management of territorial development in wider economic and social Latin
America rural environment and in international context, build the vital human
capital and strengthen the managerial expertise needed to lead and manage
knowledge flows and innovation partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.
EARTH contribute to the PC HEIs knowledge and
teaching base in the field of sustainable planning and management of
territorial development in Latin America as well as to build PC HEIs’
capacities to better design and orient education programmes and research to
societal needs.
